"We stayed at the Castle resort which was perfect for us. Slightly quieter and calmer for our SEN kiddies. A luggage trolley would have been helpful - not a far walk but tricky with kids."

Also I noticed one of the toilets was out of action. Had a problem in the restaurant too. I ended up ordering food twice and getting charged for it twice due to an online ordering error. The staff were however very helpful and made sure the duplicate order was cancelled and the charge credited. The staff were really helpful and pleasant and the food was OK. Breakfast had the usual choice of items but was pleasant."
