"The hotel was right off of the exit, which was quite convenient and next to a gas station. Check-in was fairly easy and the staff was nice. There were a few things that I feel need improvement, all cosmetic: spots on the furniture, the bulky trim that separated the check-in area from the elevator, major tripping hazard, I stumbled on it, the floor of the elevator seems to have been something of like laminate was kind of shifting under your feet. When it comes to the room, we ended up getting switched to a different room. The first suite that we had did not come with the couch in it, just a vacant living room area with a lamp and chai. It’s bathroom needed some work, the tub was rusted and not appealing. They kindly switched us to a different room which was way better and included a couch. I would like to also mention that in both bedrooms, were very clean. I never I got a chance to experience the breakfast so there’s not much I can say on it. Overall, the experience was good. We had a lovely time. If needed, I would not mind staying there again because it was good for the price."

"The alarm clock in my room was set for 6am on my first night. The lady at the front desk programmed my key for only 1 night even though I was there for 2 nights. I had to wait 15 mins in line to get my key fixed. The rooms are not quiet from the neighbors. I can hear people talking in rooms next to me. And my neighbor upstairs had multiple kids running around and a screaming baby at 2am. Overall room was clean enough. The shampoo bottle looked used, I did not touch it. I will not be staying here again. "

"when we entered the property we noticed that the fire alarm was beeping cause it needed a new battery, we texted the owners immediately and maintenance did not come by until the next day, therefore we couldn't sleep we the sound beeping on and off. The Keurig coffee maker was not working properly and it was also changed the next day The cabin didn't have towel bars where we could hang the towels when wet, not enough hooks either The smaller room has no a/c and our friends complained that they were hot The place is quiet and clean, parking right in front of the unit. We didn't need to wash clothes but noticed that there was a laundry room in the property, didn't use the pool either. "

"Stay was nice, however the billing was incorrect. Unfortunately, I'm still working on resolving it. I called the hotel 4 separate times today...pressing '0' for the operator a couple times (no answers) and other times pressing '3' for the front office manager. Again, no answer. I also contacted Hotels.com to see if they could get an answer. They could not get through to the property either. So unfortunately, while the stay at the property was fine, it has now taken me quite a bit of time and effort to resolve a billing issue. As a long-time Marriott-loyal customer, this is highly disappointing."

"The stay was ok. Bathroom was alright but saw a few things that could’ve been more cleaner. The beds were ok but for my liking it was super soft. For someone with a herniated disc or back problems the beds aren’t really ideal. Besides those minor issues it was a good stay. "
