"All and all... good. Room is a little worn but not too bad. Elevator situation NOT Good. 3 Elevators but usually only two of three were running. Generally packed.. borderline insufficient number"

"The location was great If you are going to an event at madison square garden. It's a short walk ,or one stop on the subway to times square. When I arrived , there was a strong odor of marijuana in the lobby. I paid for an upgraded room and got a spacious renovated room with a view of MSG. Parking was around the block. I was allowed to unload and load the car in front of the hotel. It was very convenient that the hotel had 2 restaurants and a 24 hour diner in the building. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Only 4 floors had an ice machine in this hotel with 45 floors. My floors did not have an ice machine. I liked this hotel. Book an upgraded room."

"The toilet ran the entire time and the staff never fixed it. We didn’t get our free bottle of bubbles and the cleaners knocked and yelled twice on our last morning starting at 9am trying to get in to clean (checkout is at noon). Nice room, comfy bed, just not great staff awareness or hospitality focus. "
