Staff was super helpful! Asked to change my room after I check in because the room next to me was loud, and changed with no issues. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy! Stayed for one night and had no issues

Hyatt Regency Long Island
Everyone was extremely nice. Especially our room service lady, Elisa (think spelled right) she was amazing!!! Hotel was beautiful for the lobby and a good size store available along with a bar to sit at if you wanted.
