Everything is nearby—just steps to the beach, shops, restaurants, and the Ice Palace, where we enjoyed dancing, shows, and pool parties. The complimentary pick up & drop off at the Sayville LIRR was a big help because I was traveling with 3 bags. The bed was comfortable & the property grounds are impressive. "From the time I arrived on Friday until on Sunday, the staff have been very helpful .. The amenities were basic, but that is all I needed for my stay .. The only negatives that were a bummer was the fact that the ice machine was broken & the tv size needs to be upgraded .. Other then those marks, I would stay again in The Deer Park Motel in the future."

"Nice one night stay. Hotel is clean. Breakfast was good. Didnt get to use the pool. Parking is plentiful. Check in was smooth. Even got a early check in. ID is required for all guests over 18. Only issue was all Tvs didnt work. Would stay again!"
