"From the time I arrived on Friday until on Sunday, the staff have been very helpful .. The amenities were basic, but that is all I needed for my stay .. The only negatives that were a bummer was the fact that the ice machine was broken & the tv size needs to be upgraded .. Other then those marks, I would stay again in The Deer Park Motel in the future."

It was clean & had a Kuerig coffee maker w/ pods, tea & water; as well as a mini bar for a fee & free cold breakfast or for a fee hot breakfast daily. The complimentary pick up & drop off at the Sayville LIRR was a big help because I was traveling with 3 bags. The bed was comfortable & the property grounds are impressive. "Nice one night stay. Hotel is clean. Breakfast was good. Didnt get to use the pool. Parking is plentiful. Check in was smooth. Even got a early check in. ID is required for all guests over 18. Only issue was all Tvs didnt work. Would stay again!"
