"El Internet no agarró bien en toda la estadía , nos hicieron un cobro en la tarjeta por el hospedaje , siendo que ya lo habíamos pagado por expedía , devolvieron pero ahora me aparecen tres días de estacionamiento en el cobro , tuvimos un accidente y ensuciamos la cama con líquido , yo misma cambié la ropa de cama porque no había nadie disponible para hacerlo, me dieron un cubre colchón que no quedaba y unas sábanas pequeñas , al siguiente día quedaron de ir a cambiar bien y no lo hicieron ,...

"At check in there was an issue with finding my reservation and after waiting 20 minutes the supervisor assisted me and upgraded me to a Presidential Suite, which was amazing. Appreciated that as I had my family of 6. Overall, the staff was friendly, the bar/restaurant was a vibe, the hotel was beautiful and the pool was clean. I would definitely come again and refer this hotel to my family and friends."

"Staff were amazing!! Super helpful and kind. Our first time in San Diego so the pointers were really helpful. The free breakfast (which is basically like a buffet) is also a nice deal. Only a couple downsides - the wifi is slow & it’s by the freeway. Me and family ended up walking to the hotel by the freeway because the bus around that hotel stops at around 8 pm. Not ideal. Otherwise had a very good experience!"
