The Dana on Mission Bay

8/10 Good

"Everything about the hotel is cool. 2 pools right next to the beach for easy bike cruising. Close to everything whether you want to go to the city or stick close by at Belmont park. Wifi however is horrible, to get upgraded wifi its 15 dollars a night which is kind of crazy considering how much you already pay for the room and fees. But overall a great stay. Bartender paul is the man, best pina coladas ever!"

"I had a very spacious room in Tower 2. I was facing the other buildings in the area. While that wasn’t terrible, I will definitely ask for an ocean view next time. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Parking was convenient, though the spaces were a bit tight. I was able to find a regular size space. I liked the security of having to use the card key to use the elevator. The Claim Jumper served good breakfasts. I enjoyed my stay."

"Our room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was more than helpful. We arrived a little early, and the bell captain was more than accommodating with our luggage. We had a light go out. It was fixed before I could report it. I asked for a piece of tape for some broken bifocal sunglasses. No problem. We ate breakfast at the in-house restaurant, Mary Jane's, every morning. Very convenient and tasty. It's a great location. One block from Petco Park. Across the street from public transit. And two blocks from the Convention Center. Give it a try."
