"Free arcade games were a fun bonus for the kids. Room could have been cleaner (dust, torn sheet, crumbs by drinking glasses). Pool and hot tub were great and appreciated. Good stay. "

"The check in was excellent. We arrived early and they let us in the room. Unfortunately we had trouble with the toilet backing up constantly . They did send up maintenance quickly three times, however it couldn’t be resolved so they moved us to a new room the next morning. The manager comped us breakfast which was very nice. The wifi did not work even though we phoned the desk and tried their suggestions for fixing it, nothing worked. The pool deck was pretty grungy it could do with a washing but the pool itself was nice."

"Rooms are a bit outdated, old fixtures, etc. It’s expensive, but we definitely had fun. Wifi was good. Food was excellent but we shouldn’t have done the meal plans for both days, just one. Staff members Eli and Marissa went above and beyond to make our family feel special and it made the trip even better. Going during March break was a bit of a mistake, too busy. We will be back during a quieter season."

"Spacious room, friendly staff. We got assigned an adjoining room, typical hotel room has one door connecting next door, this one is a double door, and there is no sound proofing in these connecting rooms. I cen hear everything next door till beyond midnight. The night shift front desk clerk was helpful but his hands are tied too. Overall, nothing wrong with the hotel, just my luck with my neighbour."

"Great place to stay for couples. Boutique feel, has an Art Deco vibe and it’s close to everything. Easy walk to OLG stage. "
