"The Quality Inn Falls Cascade is in a great location to the falls, restaurants (within walking distance), the Skylon Tower and as a pickup spot for Viator tours. The hotel/motel is a little dated, but clean. There is free breakfast and free parking. We stayed in the hotel part, but did not take advantage of amenities."

"I booked the Sheraton through Expedia for a room for my husband and teenage son for a birthday celebration. We were charged an 'extra guest' fee even though the hotel listing clearly states that the room sleeps 5, and the Expedia receipt clearly stated that there was a maximum of 5 adults per room. At first Expedia/Sheraton said they would remove the 'extra guest' charge. A few days later they sent an email rescinding that, saying it is a non-refundable charge and kept the 'extra guest' charge on my bill. ***Moral of story: Check your receipts when booking through Expedia/Sheraton. "My wife and I stayed at the Hyatt in Niagara Falls. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived and the bell staff told me it was newly renovated. Lobby looks amazing. Front desk staff was quick and friendly. The Fallsview room that I received was the best hotel room I have ever stayed in. The view was spectacular! The STK steakhouse on the 9th floor was an added bonus. Great food and great Vibe with the DJ. Compliments to the staff on a beautiful hotel!"

"Great place to stay, central location to many activities! Definitely a family friendly hotel. We love that we can access the casino, play place and the falls is a short walk. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is always friendly. Be prepared for high parking costs."
