"Where to begin? Don’t stay here. The hotel is so busy and the elevators take forever. The card access at the elevators was literally the worst part. Tiny rooms. So crowded we couldn’t even use the breakfast that was included. It was all picked over anyway. No lobby bathrooms. Had to go downstairs through a construction zone. Room wasn’t ready at 4pm. Did I mention the elevators? The key card access was so frustrating on the tablet - regular buttons would be so much more efficient. Took 20 minutes to get to an elevator during busy times. Then once you are on you stop so much (mostly for floors that nobody needs) it’s a mess."

"Clean, comfortable hotel with a very cool-looking lobby and kind, helpful front desk staff. Our room was comfortable and overall we had a good stay. A few things future guests may want to know: the AC/heating unit in our room was incredibly loud, and there was no bathroom fan. Front-facing rooms can also be noisier since they overlook the street near the theaters and stage doors. It didn’t bother us personally, but light sleepers may want to request a quieter room. Also worth noting that luggage storage comes with a fee. Overall, a solid stay in a great location with a welcoming staff."

"If you are going for a short trip and do not need a lot of space, this is great. My daughter and I came in to town for a show and this was easy to get to from the train. Close to the show as well. Will stay here again."
