It was just as I expected. It was not noisy at all (being so close to Times Square).
I booked a room with a bunk bed and it was as small as shown in the pictures so definitely as expected.

I really appreciated this hotel being my base. The staff were phenomenally friendly, welcoming and helpful. That made a big difference to me as this was my first time in NY, on a ten day trip alone. A big adventure. The mattress was firm (very important) AND there were feather pillows. Close to travel and amenities. It’s listed as three star. I see it as four star. Very good value for money.

Can't fault the hotel, room was lovely!
Breakfast was great too.
I didn't realise it was in the middle of Time Square! oops! Quite busy outside... Happily stay again, I was over for a work trip.

Cozy hotel, nice styling, great rooftop bar, comfy big bed. Amazing location.
Would stay again.
Very small rooms, so not for all people.
Rooftop bar had different (less) opening hours than advertised.

Wonderful stay here for 4 nights with husband and daughter. We had a ‘two doubles’ room, which had lovely comfortable beds and little kitchenette with full size fridge. We enjoyed a lovely complimentary breakfast each morning with fruit, pastries, bagels, yogurt and granola. On an evening we went up to the rooftop terrace with a bottle of wine and enjoyed the amazing views and sounds of the city - and the location is excellent, couple blocks from Time square but didn’t feel noisy or busy. Really central but felt safe and easy to get about. Staff efficient and helpful as so very busy, lifts a bit of an issue when busy, but all in all fab. Breakfast basic but nice and perfect start for day. Room small but fine and great to have usb points in room and safe.

Great location, good pricing, friendly staff. If your are looking for a comfortable and modern stay with just the basics then I don’t see any reason to complain about this hotel. A very useful option to avoid paying a fortune in the more opulent hotels. They kindly extended my checkout until 12pm for no extra charge.

Very convenient location with a great view of Times Square from the window. Very clean and has the perfect amenities - good shampoo, conditioner and a steamer.
Comfy beds, great tv, nice atmosphere/decor.
Nowhere to put clothing/put away suitcase but as I was only staying a night this did not matter at all.

Stayed in the king room with Times Square view, it was perfect. Huge comfortable bed, very clean and spacious. As two women it felt very secure and safe, with staff at all entrances and key card needed to access lift and extra lock on the bedroom door, which was something I was looking for.

My daughter and I had a trip to New York for our big birthdays, hotel was very central close to port authority, walking distance to time square and many other areas. Hotel staff made our visit special for us and are very helpful , friendly , professional and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. I would avoid 9th Avenue at night time as it didn’t feel very safe .
