"Casa Maria is the perfect place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. It is walkable from the restaurants, cafes and the beach. You will never run out of options because it is centrally located. The staff were all kind and amazing and helpful. They maintained the cleanliness all throughout our stay there. At night, it was so quiet and serene we didn't have a hard time sleeping. There was a pool and a bar where free breakfast was served everyday. They have yogurts, fruits, juice, hot tea, coffee, bread, toasts and more! We didn't have to eat breakfast outside because we're already full. There's a water refill station inside the hotel so we didn't have to buy water outside. Everything we needed during our stay was provided. They even have umbrellas and beach towels that you can bring outside on the beach. Their ACs were working well and we had to turn it off at night because it was too cold. They also have ceiling fan as an option. The receptionists were so attentive with all our needs and they even welcomed us with some local traditions. We will definitely come back because given the price, we got way more than what we paid for. Truly a gem in Puerto Vallarta!"

"Absolutely loved the location in old town area, Santa Cruz festival was going on during our stay which made it fun and great street food. Plenty of hot water for shower, pool was nice and clean, breakfast was overpriced and the WIFI totally SUCKS or I would have given an excellent review. The suite is roomy and has everything you would need."

"This place exceeds expectations with ambience, beauty and luxury. A true oasis amidst the gorgeous Zona Romantica neighbourhood. I feel like I was in awe every time I turned a corner. The staff were amazing as well. I got heat stroke while I was down there and they took such great care of me and made sure to check up on me - I felt very cared for!"

"The rooms were very clean. The thing is we were on the 5th floor and no elevator. It did not say that on the description and my sister had had knee surgery so it was hard for her. We asked to change the room to the lower floor and they did move us the next day. There is no AC but there is a fan."
