The front desk staff were amazing. Shout out to Victor who went above and beyond trying to find us the right resturants for our cravings, where to find markets etc. Always a smile and a greeting waiting for us anytime we came into the loby. Will be visiting again soon!

It's in the middle of everything, excellent customer service. Staff was so friendly they deserve a raise we will come back to same spot for sure for many years to come. Stay was so comfortable and staff decorated for special ocassion went above and beyond thank you so much.

The staff there were lovely and very helpful. The Hotel is in a great area for exploring and walking around. Very close to the beach and many restaurants. I had read in other reviews, and its true that the showers don't exactly work well. The pipes vibrate so hard you think they might bust. Cleanliness was pretty good. The couch in our room had a lot of stains on it. The pool deck was lovely. We pretty much had it to ourselves :) its older but works just fine.

The location was perfect. Not so close to the noisy bar scene that I could sleep without hearing it. The staff was wonderful. Nimfa At the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Gave me good pointers on where to go and what to do even where to shop. Sandra, the housekeeper was very friendly and did anything you asked. But half the time I just left the do not disturb on my door. Nuri Is the chef and cooks terrific breakfast. I would encourage you to try this hotel. I felt very safe and comfortable there and will return

This property is not pretty or your typical all inclusive but it is clean and all the staff are amazing. A special shout out to Ninfa. She is such makes this hotel vibrant and Welcoming. One down side was the lack of hot water and water pressure.
