"Expedia claims to include all fees and taxes, but we were charged $20 daily "facility fee," which amounted to another $100. This is Expedia's issue. We were happily surprised that our king bed room included a small refrigerator. Apparently this building houses rent-controlled tenants, and this fact created a situation in which a tenant asked us to move rooms during our stay."

"The front desk staff, was nice, but overworked. The room and bathroom were very unclean. I had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and dust the room. The walls, door facing, floors had not been cleaned. The carpet was filthy. The tub and shower walls were filthy. The staff was apologetic; but after scrubbing the tub and toilet to make a four-night stay bearable, I didn’t want the housekeeper in the room to do anything. This was the worst Hampton Inn I had ever experienced. I will never stay there again, nor recommend it. We paid $694 for four nights in what felt like an hourly motel. Ugh!"

"Don’t get me wrong, price fairly good, but to get out of there early morning is a nightmare, one exit before George Washington Bridge. Inside the room cleaning was good."

"Junibelle was so lovely and helpful. She was quick when checking in and helping me figure out the error with my reservation. Expedia & online suggested there was a hot-tub which was a big reason why i booked and it was not working which was a bummer."

"Access to our room was difficult. There was a paved path from the parking lot to exterior wooden steps up to the outside door. It took several tries to get the keycard reader to work. Once inside, there was another flight of stairs to get to our floor. When we got to our room, the card key did not work. I hiked all the way back to the lobby with the card keys and told the young woman at the desk they were'nt working. After several minutes she gave me two keys which did work. But there was NO apology or sympathy of any kind for the inconvenience. The room was fine,clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spotless with modern fixtures. "
