"Great place to stay for a couple of days walking around Florence. The room was very large and regularly cleaned and remade, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was more than adequate and the service was perfect. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was a 15 walk through some rambling streets but no problem, even with a medium sized wheeled suitcase. The only improvements I would look for would be a kettle in the room and replenishment of water. We got two small bottles on arrival but nothing after that. "

The staff was very friendly, after returning from a gruelling day visiting museums and churches, it is a joy to walk into smiling people. The room we were in was very spacious, as was the bathroom.
