"The room was great for what I needed. The bed was comfortable and the full size, deep bathtub was a huge plus. The staff was very helpful and were extremely accommodating in helping me to store several large tote bins overnight. The breakfast buffet was convenient, with a decent mix of breakfast foods that were prepared well. I did have a slight issue with room service, my order hadn’t arrived after 40 minutes (I was quoted 20) and when I called again I was told it was ready but they had gotten busy. They delivered my food right away, but by then the mozzarella sticks and lava cake were cold and the ice cream had melted. There was a microwave in the room so reheating the mozzarella sticks was easy enough, but I was disappointed with the cake. Had the food been delivered promptly I think it would have been much better."

"My simple questions - Why when it was stated on Expedia parking would no longer be free but $25 was it $31.50 when we checked in Why is the coffee machine so difficult to plug in? It is sat on top of the microwave which is plugged into an extension cord which is on the floor behind the TV unit. Just a thought..... Beds were comfy and clean very good on the whole"
