"I have stayed at several hotels in Edmonton and all the beds are either hard as the floor or lumpy. The beds at this hotel are awesome and so comfortable. I think, besides cleanliness, a comfortable bed is VERY important when staying at a hotel."

"The room was not very clean, it was very outdated. The tap was leaking, the TV didnt work properly. The room was very small! Cracks in the ceiling, cracks in the walls I called the front desk and asked if i only stayed one night (i had booked two) if i would be charged. They said no but offered to upgrade me to a bigger room, with two beds. I accepted and we stayed both nights. The uograded room was still very much outdated, not clean, cracks in the ceiling, baseboards. The TV did work properly at least. I didnt go to the breakfast We were on the first floor, as we had two dogs with us I guess you get what you pay for! Will not be staying again anytime soon."
