Staff were great. Very professional and happy to engage in friendly manner with customers. Check out was easy. I asked a staff member if they could book me a cab & he did easily. I decided to wait outside and he even came out to signal the cab was a couple of minutes away as well as details like lic plate & car model. That's excellent service! I would recommend staying there to anyone, it's only a 10min cab ride from airport.

The hotel is surrounded with options for food and shopping. Nice park in the front Rooms were clean and well maintained. We had an issue with the toilet but that was resolved quickly. Very helpful and courteous staff. Would definitely go and stay there again

Good value for the money you pay
The hotel was good a little bit far away from the metro but beside that it was good. the stuffs were very helpful specially on the reception her name is Aisha she was really good.

The true Score should be only 3
No bathrobe, hook, broken sink towel holder, no shower wand, dirty sink & toilet, silicon is black and mouldy, only hot water,water mixer doesn't work, old dirty carpet, half TV channels don't work, old decore the full hotel needs a renovation as I got fooled by the nice photo, Food ..in the name of juice tank is provided, Frozen butter cubes, mixed water in the Hersheys chocolate sauce, all the buffet food is always Cold. Lovely Staff members though , furniture lint has never been removed.. in my eyes its neither this is a 3 star

Staff weren’t very welcoming, I asked for early check in and mentioned I had messaged the property to notify them of this, however when I arrived, they said just because you notify us, doesn’t mean it’s guaranteed. I left the hotel and came back at check in. Carpets in the room aren’t clean, they’re stained, stained curtains as well as some stains on the sheet cover. There were some tiny flies in the washroom and room, other than that, room service and cleaning was good. For the price, they stay was okay.

Don't be fooled by the pictures. once we checked in and went to our room, the room smelled like pee and hadn't been clean, also it had mold in the bathroom. the bedsheets also had a really bad smell. there was trash in our floor that was not picked up for 4 days(I have pictures) overall I wouldn't chose this hotel again

Horrible customer service from Nagy the Egyptian guy, with no human character, very rude, I don’t think this guy supposed to work for customer service. Roma was helpful, The black security supervisor was cool, everyone was nice except Nagy.
