"Our stay at Aiden Austin hotel was fantastic. We had a nice and clean room with very comfortable bed. Our fridge was perfect for storing our groceries for the week. The hotel is located in a great spot close to everything. The pool was nice and lots of lounge chairs available. Towels were also available at the pool which was nice. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The staff were great but would not help with luggage. Considering I’m disabled and am not allowed to lift anything heavy they still would not help with luggage. Room was fine and clean however air conditioner extremely noisy and blew on us the whole night. Had to go to pharmacy to get meds for neck. Toilet ran the whole night so not much sleep. For the price I believe it could have been better."
