"Overall the room was clean, but not detailed clean. Some corners were dirty, found human hair on toilet tank cover. Breakfast was OK as for continental breakfast. Coffee and tea machine was excellent in the lobby available all the time. Staff were friendly and helpful. It will this hotel 3 stars"

"Room was large and bed was comfortable. Good water pressure and plentiful towels and such. Questionable shower grout and the down comforter on one bed was stained. We got back from a concert so late we were too tired to ask for another. Staff was ok. Valet was slow. Very very expensive valet (55 plus tax and fees!!!) They definitely get you on proximity to events downtown for convenience. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Overall OK not great."
