I only stayed here one night to be closer to the airport. It was very clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room had all the amenities needed and they offer free airport shuttle. The lobby has a nice bar, fireplace and sitting area. They offer coffee and breakfast in the morning. I was very pleased and would definitely return.

Hotel is nicely decorated, decor and furnishings are updated and inviting. Very clean hotel and room. Gym is a good size with decent equipment. Did not use bar or restaurant bit upon checking in, in the evening, I noticed it was very busy.

The bed was extremely comfortable which I appreciated after coming off of a very long flight. It was a great way to kick off a long conference, too! Well rested! Also, the beds at the big conference at the larger Hotel were terrible hahaha!

Guest hosts Linda and Atusonje were very accommodating of our room type and check out requests. Gracious and above and beyond in service. Breakfast food and pricing were very good, but the attitude of the server was very unfriendly and rude, and I was sufficiently concerned that something was wrong I privately asked if her if there was some issue or any way I could help. She said there was nothing, which made it so disappointing that it cast a negative light on our dining experience. Hopefully some training in customer service could help , as the rest of the experience was very good.
