"We stayed here with a 10 month old infant and I couldn't have been happier. They let us check in early without a fee, staff were extremely friendly and we never had a single issue. We had breakfast vouchers and they were more than accommodating for the high chair and our choice of table for dining to make life easier for us. We had a crib provided in our room for baby to sleep in as well. I would recommend this hotel to anybody staying in downtown Toronto and I would not hesitate to stay here again next time I visit."

"I loved the location on a quiet street but very convenient to get around town from there. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Housekeeping did a very good job. Breakfast buffet was sufficient to please, I feel they should try to keep the food hotter as it appears to cool quickly from guests constantly opening the lids. I had no need of the exercise room but I would think it could be brighter."

"big and spacious - 3 of us stay in the hotel room and we got a extra bed that was in the living area. full kitchen which was great!! the shower drain was clogged as the water would build up when using. location was great! super close to yonge street and yorkville accessible to many shops and restaurants"
