The room I was in was between the two elevators, so I can hear people coming in and out. My laptop blocked the hotel WiFi for security reasons, so keep that in mind if you want to work from the hotel."

"It has a great location off Times Square but it is not very well up kept. Outlets are falling off the walls, landline does not work had to use my cell phone to call front desk, TV did not work maintenance came to fix. Also no AC n it was hot when we first got here. Apparently AC only during a certain season n people who were suppose to fix the phone and adjust temp in room never came. "

We also did get an "accessible" room which we did not request, which would be fine except that the shower would get the entire bathroom wet. "
