"Everything was great"

"The first room I was in had packing tape golding the door lock on, the remote didnt work and no mocrowave. I jave a specsil diest and cannot eat out. I was switched to a room on the third floor. Im disabled but they did have an elevator that smelled like urine and i would have to go down three dlights of stairs of there was an emergency. My neighbors had the tv on full blast at 12:30 am, the AC only had 2 setrings. Freezing and sweating. Room was clean nice fridge but overall, I would not stay there again. "

"In the apartment where I stayed there was a problem and the bedroom had no electricity."

"Pool was good. It was hard to get consistent hot water in the showers. We were told things like shampoo, conditioner & lotion were supplied but it was a two in one and very very small bottles Rooms were clean beds are comfortable "

"The room was clean, very dated, but spacious. We played the golf course with the larger size ball and putter, the course was loaded with leaves and it was hard to get the balls to move through. "

"Upon arriving to check in, the staff member at the front desk appeared uninterested and unprofessional. While I was simply zipping up my wife’s jacket, he accused us of saying he was being unprofessional, which was never directed toward him. This interaction immediately created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience. After entering the room, the conditions were unacceptable. The bathroom, microwave, refrigerator, and other surfaces were visibly dirty. Additionally, we saw roaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and sanitation. I understand this is a motel, but I have stayed here many times before and have never encountered conditions this poor. The lack of cleanliness and the negative interaction during check-in were extremely disappointing. I strongly urge management to address both the customer service and housekeeping standards at this property to ensure future guests do not have the same experience."
