Excellent stay would certainly recommend

Really enjoyable break - only recommendation would be maybe install air con in the rooms - we did stay over the hottest week of the year so far & it was extremely warm in the room

Lovely hotel in old pub in lovely area surrounded by plenty of food options and in walking distance to Blenheim Palace

This is a lovely central hotel in an old building which has kept its character but with sensible modern restyling

Excellent venue, friendly attentive staff very knowlagable of the local area and very helpful. Great selection of drinks on offer, nice beer garden, big well designed clean room, nice selection of refreshments and toiletries included with the room, excellent town centre location and great value for money, Definatley reccomend to anyone visiting chipping norton

Lovely place, welcoming staff, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would visit again if in the area. The only down side of the room that it was too hot, they did have cooler in the room which helped.

Fantastic grounds and hotel. Staff are really friendly and receptionist was really helpful. Only thing missing would be the option to get a fan for your room - as the weather was warm and no breeze, so having a window open did little for air circulation. That said we will definitely be returning!
