"We had a lovely 2 night stay in a very comfortable, clean and cosy room. We asked reception for a fan and they brought us one, the fourth floor was extremely quiet although wifi reception up there not so good. Everything was clean, we had a lovely sea view and the windows opened which is a massive bonus. Night entertainment was really good, drinks priced reasonably and the buffet breakfast was plentiful and very tasty indeed. Lots of options available and a lovely dining area. This is our favorite hotel in Blackpool, very old, victorian and beautiful architecture. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff are pleasant too. "

"The hotel was great. The restaurant had delicious food, if a little expensive. The spa was cool, but very small and too expensive for what it was. The steam room was not working and they kept the price the same. "
