"The restaurant and cafe staff seemed unhappy and the level of service was poor. Only liked the room and bathroom is decent, however had no bath tub or dressing table to get ready. Spa facilities are great. Overall wouldn’t stay again, wasn’t welcomed or made feel special for our wedding anniversary. Has a good Indian restaurant called Madhu’s but the staff doesn’t understand basic English. Poor service too."

The Experience: There is an undeniable quality to the entire property. Whether you are looking for luxury, relaxation, or top-tier service, the Akra delivers on every front. I am already planning my return to Antalya, and I can say with absolute certainty that I will be staying at the Akra the moment I land. I have no interest in looking anywhere else; I have found my home away from home in Turkey. If you are looking for a world-class experience in Antalya, do yourself a favor and book the Akra. You won't want to leave."

"Dear All, Please note that this is my personal frank opinion about this accommodation without being biased or prejudice towards no one. This is worst hotel I have ever been in my life due to the following reasons as shown below: AC not working Rooms are dirty Toilet sink was blocked Maintenance staff very very poor Rooms smells bad Beds are not comfy and creaky. Buffet was poor and not clean In general I am advising everyone not to even try it even for free. Thank you"

"Amneties and hotel location are very good, well-maintained, good breakfast, however the staff are horrible, both the front desk and at breakfast restaurant, they need to smile, greet guests and attend to their needs, they have a poker face with no courtesy and look at you badly when you request something. Hotel staff are the core of services and they need much better training."
