The hotel was perfect for me and my girlfriend. The hotel staffs were very welcoming and helpful. They helped us out with getting the taxi booked to the airport and the taxi arrived on time and no issues at all. We enjoyed the breakfasts in the hotel. It is the perfect location to several sights and public transportation. There are also loads of restaurants and shops in the area.

This hotel is within walking distance (or a one stop on the tram if you don’t wish to walk up the hill) to all of the major attractions in the Old City of Istanbul. Zeynep and her staff made this a wonderful first experience in Istanbul. Everyone is very helpful. The hotel is not fancy, but the room has wood floors and it is very clean. The breakfast every morning had a variety of delicious options. The location itself has lots of restaurants and the train station, metro, street car and ferry are all close by to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent and friendly service both at the reception and by housekeeping. Our room was rather simple, however, had everything that you need. As everywhere in this part of the city, I would recommend to bring along earplugs, as the city is loud at night and the windows don’t much help. Would definitely recommend also for a great location!
