"As I mentioned before checking time was 15:15 instead of 14:00 pm. Staff were helpful, friendly made us comfortable. Breakfast and dinner was super, too many choices but when we were checking out we made to wait 20 minutes for staff to check minibar in the room. My word wasn’t enough for them to let us go. Minibar fridge wasn’t working properly and there was only 2 cans of coke and beer. I didn’t understand why they fuss about the minibar, specially for 5 star hotel"

"I recently stayed at the Movenpick Izmir and was so impressed by the hotel and staff. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately I fell ill during my stay, but the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist and accommodate me. They helped me arrange trips to the hospital, delivered my medication when I couldn't get out of bed and sent tea up to the room for me. They called to check on me throughout my stay and truly made me feel cared for. I will come back to Izmir to see what I missed while sick and I will definitely stay at the Movenpick again! "

Great spot forfamilies,attention to your valuables

"We had a great stay at the hotel. It was very clean, and the rooms looked good, although there were a few minor issues. The staff was excellent and very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which was very fulfilling. However, the only downside is that the hotel’s beach is too close to a public beach. Our friends’ kids had their shoes taken, and unfortunately, someone took money out of our bag that we had planned to use for tips."
