"Very comfortable bed. That staff waited up for us and we didn’t arrive until 2:30 am due to a late flight. Breakfast was delicious and from their gardens. I especially loved the fig. Air conditioning worked well."

"The hotel represents good value for the price. Convenient to the train station to take the train to the airport. We met 3 different front desk workers during our stay and they all were courteous and helpful in booking tours and choosing dining options. The hotel is well located and our room was clean. Breakfast was passable. Overall I recommend this hotel for its value and location."

Akanthus Hotel Ephesus

10/10 Excellent
"Akanthus is really special — lovely design, comfortable rooms, a beautiful pool, a nice breakfast and fantastic staff. We especially appreciated Alp’s kind guidance and warm reception on our arrival. The location is also perfect — steps from the museum and just a short walk to restaurants. Our only regret was that we didn’t spend two nights here to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy more time by the pool."

8/10 Good
"Strictly based on the room i used. The bathroom was too tiny that one can barely bend. I am happy it was only 1 night. Unless it was meant to be used by a child like 10 yrs old. One cannot bend to wash the feet. But overall its a good hotel n great breakfast too."

Soho Residence

Soho Residence

10/10 Excellent
"We chose this place for being affordable also looking clean and spacious in the pictures, but in reality it offered way more than it suggests in the listing. First of all, the communication with the host is so quick, easy and effective so even he has provided all the door pins and other required information for self check in, he also showed up in person at the door to give us a welcome and offer help with the luggages which was really great for a late evening appearance. The property is on a very busy street but once you get through the main gate, the coziness and the much sought after tranquility is so obvious even at the first steps. And the class and quality of the property.. Starting from the entrance to the room , everywhere and everything are super clean and easy miles above the local standards. The room is the real deal. Spacious, super clean, well decorated and very convenient with all the stuff and the gadgets you would need. Aircon was superb and separate controls in the lounge and the bedroom is what we really needed. Bathroom was not less, rain shower, spotless tiles, mirror and toilet with high quality material was top notch. This is really a hidden gem, and should be a top choice with this ultra competitive price point. Hope they would keep these standard for a long time and we find other chances to stay here again in the future. Thanks so much for everything."
