"The staff was friendly and very helpful. This hotel is a little older, needs a little updating paint and furniture. Could be a little cleaner, and there were four to five insects in my room. Oh and part of my shower door was missing."

"I cannot recommend Aren Cave Hotel enough. The room was great, very clean and nice decor. The breakfast was delicious and full service but provided more than enough food and a variety of options. All of the staff was very kind and super accommodating. Staff helped book my airport transfer before I got there, was in accordance with the hot air balloon company for easy pickup and even lent me a blanket as it was -7 degrees on my hot air balloon ride. "Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good with good options. Staff were friendly especially our server Hussein who was very helpful and assisted our kids with quick service and professionalism. Front desk including Adam and Ali were also very curteous and peofessional. Hotel was clean and close to major attractions by walking. Would stay there again if we visit istanbul "
