My stay at Çankaya Suit Hotel was absolutely fantastic, earning a well-deserved 5-star rating! The hotel excelled in every aspect, providing a truly amazing experience. The only minor disappointment was that the hot tub was out of service during my visit, which was a shame as I was looking forward to using it. However, this small issue was overshadowed by the exceptional service, comfortable and stylish accommodations, delicious food, and convenient location. I highly recommend Çankaya Suit Hotel for a memorable stay in Ankara!

The hot water broken and when i asked them to fix it They told me that i have to wait for the next day after 9 am And i already booked one night And the furniture of the room wasn't clean enough

BIRKAN

Aile ile konaklanacak müsaitlikte olmadığını düşünüyorum. Park parasını ekstra istiyorlar geceliği 300 TL. Bunun yanında üniversite de okuyan kızım bizimle kalmak istedi diye ekstra 1000 tl ilave ettiler ve oda değiştirmedikleri için ailecek bir yatakta 4 kişi yatmak zorunda kaldık. Saat geç olduğu için başka otele gitme şansım yoktu. O yüzden aile ile konaklamak mantıklı değil.

Odamız temiz ve güzeldi ama jakuzisi su kaçırıyordu ayrıca banyonun tasarımı güzel değildi duşakabin olmadığı için banyo/tuvalet direkt su oluyordu. Konum olarak güzel bir yerde ve oda ferahtı. Çalışanların iletişimi çok iyi değildi (Katta çalışan hanımefendiler dışında onların nazikliği için ekstra teşekkür ederim) özellikle otele giriş saati için anlaştığımız saat konusunda biraz sıkıntı yaşadım. Kıbrıstan geleceğimi ve uçağımın imiş saatine göre otele girmemde bir sorun olmayacağını beyan ettiler. Bende buna göre rezervasyon yapmıştım. Sonrasında anlaştığımız saatten 2 saat sonra ancak alabileceklerini söylediler. Otele giriş günümüzde ise diğer dedikleri saatten daha da geç alacaklarını belirttiler ve bende WhatsApp üzerinden konuşmalarımızı gösterdim. İlk başta yapacak bir şeylerinin olmadığını ve personelin yanlış bilgilendirmesinden dolayı sözde üzgün olduklarını belirttiler. Bu durum ve devamındaki iletişim problemleri baya kötüydü. Ama sonda araya kim girdiyse anlaştığımız giriş saatinden 30 dakika sonra girdik. Sonuç olarak oda güzel ama jakuzi su kaçırdığı için biraz su doldu ve nemliydi. Banyosu kötüydü. Müşteriyle olan iletişimleri ortalamanın bence çok altındaydı. Konum olarak ise güzeldi.
