Sehr zentral in Kizilay gelegen fußläufig die Einkaufsmeile und die öffentlichen verkehrsmittel erreichbar. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer roch nach Rauch ansonsten aber sauber. Für ein paar Tage kann man dort bleiben für einen längeren aufenthalt würde ich in ein anderes Hotel.

Daha kötü bir deneyim yaşamamıştım.

Odamda klima, yatak,dolap,klozet hepsi bozuktu. Abartısız söylüyorum klima ve dolap soğutmuyor, yatak bir tarafı çökmüş, klozetin üstüne oturduğunuzda sallanıyor. Kendilerine durumu belirttim ama müsait oda olmadığı için değiştiremediler. Olabilir bir gün kalacağız dedim tolerans gösterdim ama ben kendilerine yarım saat geç check out yapabilir miyim dediklerinde ekstra 800 TL ücret istediler. Mülakata gitmiştim mülakattan çıkıp tekrar görü dönmek zorunda kaldım. Hayatım boyunca bin kez otelde kalmıştım ama böyle kötü bir oda ve hizmetle ilk defa karşılaşıyorum. özellikle klima o kadar eski ve pis ki artık beni değiştirin diye yalvarıyor. Zaten otelde sürekli bir müşterilerin sorunumuz var odamızı değiştirin şeklinde sirkülasyonu vardı. 1 günden fazla kalsaydım oradan kötü ayrılırdım herhalde.

Otelde otopark ücretsiz yazmasına rağmen ödeme alındı, otopark belediyenin ücretsiz olduğu için boş yer yok maalesef, kahvaltı dahil rezervasyon yaptım ücretli olduğu söylendi, rezervasyonumu gösterdim evet haklısınız denildi sabah 8ve 9 kahvaltı olan salona indim kimse yok masalar bomboştu tamamen rezillik .!

Otelde 2 gün konakladım jakuzi keyfi yapmak için gidilebilir onun haricinde kurumsallık beklemeyin oda kahvaltısı istedim çay dahi yoktu rezervasyon sırasında kahvaltı içinde rezervasyon yapmama rağmen kahvaltıya ekstra ücret ödedim odalar aşırı ses geçiriyor otel yol kenarında araba sesinden uyuma imkanınız da yok yataklar konforlu değil gıcır gıcır ses geliyor odadan cıktım normalde geldigimde odayı temiz bulmam gerekirken bıraktığım sekilde duruyordu jakuzi için gidilebilir onun haricinde ekstra bi otel havası yok

Uygun fiyat kaliteli hizmet

Ankara’ daki bu fiyat aralığında bulunan oteller içerisinde en geniş ve banyo açısından en temiz oteller arasına girer. Oda içerisindeki eşyalar bakımlı ve yeniydi, tv de Netflix gibi bir çok uygulamaya erişim imkanı bulduk. Ayrıca hijyen ve temizlik ürünleri tam dolu bir şekilde bulunmaktaydı. Sadece bu özelliğinden bile diğer otellerin ne kadar vahim bir durumda olduğunu anlayabilirsiniz. Kızılay’ın göbeğinde her yere ulaşımı rahat bir konumda bulunmasına rağmen insan kalabalığından ve gürültüden uzaktaydı bu açıdan da konforluydu. Lobideki karşılama ekibide oldukça güleryüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Her şey için teşekkürler 🙏
