The welcome at reception was great. I was welcomed with a choice of complementary hot drink. The hotel location can only be described as superb…short walking distance from Kizilay metro, shops, bars and restaurants. Everything was close at hand. WiFi was a bit hit or miss. Breakfast was good and my room and amenities was up there with the best I have stayed. Excellent hotel and excellent staff.

Firstly, it doesn't worth that much money. There are many better hotels in Ankara at the same price. The hotel is quite old. It’s in the center of Kizilay, so it’s very noisy. If you want to rest don't choose this one. The rooms are smoking room, you may smell the cigarette at the first step to the room. (I don’t know if there are non smoking rooms, I was not informed about them). First they gave me terrible room with a garbage view then I asked them to change, they did. For the night, I asked about the pharmacy on duty, the personnel who was working doesn't know anything about it also looks like he isn't familiar to that area. Overall, I am not happy staying in Park Dedeman and will not come again. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Fena değil

Odalarda sigara içilmesine izin verildiği için odaya sigara kokusu sinmiş ve çıkmıyor. İlk gece yatağım çok sigara kokuyordu ama sonraki gece için yardımcı oldular ve biraz daha iyidi. Otele sigarasız odalar yapmalarını öneririm. Onun dışında memnun kaldım teşekkürler.
