Al is a great host not forgetting Yogi Al’s doggy assistant who welcomes you. Room was comfortable clean and warm. We stayed in Safari. Nothing is too much trouble for Al. We were encouraged to use the kitchen for making tea etc. you are genuinely treated as a houseguest rather than a paying customer. Breakfast was delicious. Go for the omelette fully loaded. Delicious!!! Parking is really convenient too. 10/10

I could sit here and write for ages about how impressed with this place we are. The staff are amazing, breakfast every morning, we stayed in a spacious double bedroom apartment with kitchen and it was perfect for our family of 4. It’s quiet, secluded but close to local amenities, parks, bars and stuff too. We cannot wait to come back and visit again!! Thank you all so much

Great staff and ideal location for exploring the town.

Less than a year since it opened. Still like its brand new. Nice quiet hotel.

This was a lovely hotel and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

A homely modern hotel with a nice ambience. Staff friendly and welcoming. Themed decor throughout the hotel is very nice and tasteful. Room was well equipped and pleasant with a nice comfy bed. Hotel is very close to a range of bars, restaurants and shops. Car parking is very restricted in vicinity of the hotel so only real option is expensive valet parking. The valet guys are very efficient and helpful, but it’s a drag particularly if staying for more than a few days. Overall great hotel and...

Room was clean and spacious

Style and decor of the building was in keeping with the Frankenmouth. Generally clean building, we were notified via email, a number of days before we travelled, that the hotel was having renovations done, but it shouldn't impact the service too muck. When we arrived, we discovered that the renovations were being done to the restaurant area. Had we have known this beforehand and how much it would restrict the normal service, we may have booked an alternative hotel, as the. We have previously...

This motel was really nice. Good room, equipped with everything you need, lots of sockets and USB ports for charging stuff, good WiFi, lovely staff, a decent continental breakfast included. Easy enough to walk to the main shopping centre of frankenmuth, only about 10mins walk. We had a lovely stay!

On the whole experience the stay was comfortable. There was one issue as I had booked thru Expedia and made full payment to Expedia but than also the hotel charged 310 USD as room rent from me at the time of check in. Request Expedia to kindly see in it.
