"The room was clean and the area was convenient."

"The property was good with one glaring exception. We checked in on Wednesday and was told that room cleaning only occurred every other day. That schedule is fine and would mean cleaning on either Friday or Saturday depending on when the every other day starts. The issue is that our room wasn’t cleaned on either Friday or Saturday. On Sunday we returned, after being gone all day and there was a “Still Enjoying the Room” sign on our door. We didn’t place it there and in fact our room didn’t have one. It is possible that the sign fell off one of the rooms near ours and someone didn’t know where it belonged and placed it on ours. It is also possible that in order to not have to clean the room that a member of the staff placed in on our door. Since the sign was on the door then there wouldn’t be a valid reason to clean the room. I am not accusing anyone just reporting facts. We did have the sign on our door on Monday, the day before we left. So our room wasn’t cleaned for the entire stay but we only placed the sign on the door for our last day. Wed-Sun is probably longer than every other day schedule that was relayed to us at check in."

"The rooms had white staines on the chair and couch. The upstairs had a weird smell to it. The main reason we stayed here was because online it said handicap accessible pool and when we asked the staff about the lift they didn't have a clue on how or if it even worked. Two days later they figured out that no one new where the battery was for it so my daughter who is in a wheelchair who was looking forward to getting in the pool could not. Will never be staying here again."

"The staff here is amazing especially Johnathon DeFore =). So helpful, nice and considerate all done with an amazing smile. It was later on in the evening and we needed an item for our room and they went above and beyond to assist us. Also, the valet staff rose to the top to assist us with our bags, dogs and goodies. Just little help like this goes so very far especially after being in the car for 10+ hours. Keep up the good work all- and thanks for keeping it personal despite being bought out by a huge hotel group."
