Excellent little place. Boutique quality rooms and friendly warm greeting. Perfectly located with a wonderful balcony overlooking the river in this historic backwater. Near to fab food places too. Can recommend with one slight niggle- room 7 is wonderful until the room below sticks the ceiling fan on high, you get an irritating hum

Overall it was fine. We stayed 3 nights. They failed to leave clean cups in the room one night. The policy of only having coffee in the room (as is the case in quite a few hotels) so therefore we had to get our tea bags downstairs. They were obliging though. Hotel location beside the IS highway is good. Staff were mannerly and helpful. Harold
