"They double charged me after I paid for Expedia - then charged me another room fee and I had to wait 7-8 days later "

"Pool is under construction( not mentioned on site) as we arrived from 6hrs away the attendant mentioned the pool was down & if asked if that was okay, we had no other options as we’re from 6 hrs away as we got to the room it was very dirty so we last minute spent 300$ to I was told they do not do refunds if3rd party site after calling Expedia they mentioned it’s the hotel who’s not authorizing the refund. We spent 100$ for no pool & absolutely dirty room and to spend a total of 15 mins in the entire building. "

"The staff was outstanding! Need a transfer to and from the airport, they are attentive, timely and oh so nice! Extra towels or blankets, they're response is immediate. Candidly, the staff and hotel rivaled 5 star resorts my husband and I have stayed at with regards to service and hospitality. A special thank you to Marsha who cheerfully drove us back to the airport at 4am. Restaurants within walking distance. "

"This was hands-down the best experience I have had at any hotel, ever. Every single staff member was friendly without being overbearing, my room was fantastic, the club lounge was well stocked and clean, the spa was INCREDIBLE and it truly was the perfect getaway. I want to mention Molly at the front desk. She was FANTASTIC. I don't know what kind of training JW puts their people through, but it was worth every penny. I walked away feeling like I had made a new friend. There was a line of people behind me, but she took her time explaining all amenities and made sure I was 100% happy before she moved on to the next guest. She deserves MASSIVE accolades as I'm sure her job is very difficult. I also had a 60 minute massage at Seraphina and it was FABULOUS. Dionte was my massage therapist and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout. We had a great chat while he worked and instinctively knew when I was getting sleepy. He worked out knots I have had for YEARS. I'm so grateful for his time and expertise. There's no question on if I'll be booking again. It was the perfect place to rest and relax, and I can't wait until I can return! "
