"Nice large pet friendly suite that was very clean. All staff friendly. Housekeeping very pleasant and accommodating. Stunning view off balcony overlooking the river. Connected to sports bar was nice for family dining option for the game!"
"The online syates the property has free shuttle, however, you have to book days in advance which we were not aware of and it is not stated that on their website.
With that being said, they did upgrade us to a suite and did not charge us for parking. Overall we would definitely go back it was a great experience!"
"I had an amazing experience at the Residence Inn in Grand Rapids! From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The front desk team was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.The room was spotless, spacious, and felt like a true home away from home. The full kitchen was a huge plus perfect for a longer stay and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything was modern, quiet, and well-maintained.Breakfast each morning was fresh and had plenty of great options, and I loved the relaxing atmosphere in the lounge area. The location was also super convenient, close to restaurants, shopping, and just a short drive to downtown Grand Rapids.
Whether you’re in town for business, a weekend getaway, or a family trip, I highly recommend staying here. It’s easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in the area — clean, comfortable, and truly welcoming.
