The staff was Amazing! Whenever I stay at this location I feel so welcomed. The desk attendant, housekeeping, the breakfast attendant...everyone is always so nice and accommodating. Although the room was clean and I enjoyed my stay, I do hope that there are plans for upgrades or remodeling in the future. Nonetheless, this will always be my place of choice when I am visiting.

We liked the location. The hot tub was nice. The breakfast was good. The only suggestion is that the rooms are getting aged. There are things that preventive maintenance could work on. Trim coming off the walls, stains on the carpet, missing paint marks on the walls.

This Best Western was very affordable and had all of the amenities! The rooms were clean, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We were treated to a beautiful breakfast bar and spent the morning in the pool and sauna. This was a better experience than I’ve had at some expensive hotels. The service and facilities were much appreciated by myself and my children.

Rooms weren’t real clean, ours smelled funny. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast wasn’t super great, but the lady who maintained it each morning was GREAT! Pool and hot tub were okay, pool was rather chilly, hot tub wasn’t real hot, but nice. A bit noisy but we expected that because it’s by the freeway.
