"Room was rather warm. The bed and chairs in the room were very uncomfortable. The staffing were excellent they definitely exceeded at their job! "

"Room was clean and staff was friendly.. booked two queen beds but they had overbooked and we ended up with one king bed. Luckily the room had a pull out couch. Staff brought us extra bedding and pillows which was nice"

"You can tell from the moment you walk on that it's not kept up well. Hallways with visible debris, elevator floor with debris, pool area floor with visible dirt and hair chunks - non working jets in hot tub. First room we checked into, checked mattress - mattress pack had multiple stains and loose little pebbles/rocks on top, under sheets. Changed rooms - bedding was good - but floors were sticky. Overall, wouldn't recommend."

"Great stay, room was excellent, kitchen area was an added benefit. Gym had great equipment for cardio and some light lifting. "

"Check in was good, 11:00pm somebody set off and alarm in the hallway. 3 am two men were in the hallway talking loudly and proceeded to keep talking in the hallway until 4 am. Talk to the front desk and they said they didn't see anyone on the camera's which tells me he wasn't looking. Othe than that room was good "

"When leaving to get some food after checking in there was what looked like to be a crackhead in the parking lot speed rapping at the top of their lungs echoing through the parking lot. Other than finding the occasional used condom in the grass and smelling weed from fellow hotel patrons the parking lot was secure. Didn’t say anything about specific pet rooms on the website. Booked a king deluxe room thinking all rooms were pet friendly and was downgraded to a standard double queen room and was told there would be no price reduction from my booking online price. While in the double queen room we noticed about 20 pill bugs at once in our room. We called the front desk and we were transferred to a different room which had the same problem with the same bugs. After switching to a third room we finally had a room with no bugs. Overall what was supposed to be a nice relaxing Saturday night turned out to be a very frustrating night. "

"This hotel is dated, but most of our issues were related to policies and maintenance, not appearance. Our tub barely drained, so you had to shower in a couple inches of water. The room next door had brought a dog, which barked often and the walls are thin. The furniture was arranged in a manner so the door wouldn’t close between our bedroom and sitting area. The tv in the sitting area didn’t work. None of the outside doors were ever locked for security. "
