"The landscaping was lovely.The room access was terribly inconvenient.I had to bring luggage & several boxes up two flights of stairs which took many trips& did no favors to my back. (No elevators.) I was talked into an "hour, maybe 1 and 20 min at most" presentation which lasted 3 1/2 hours setting me way behind on my day.1 was given a 2 day stay for going, which I added to my stay; but had to check out at 10 on my already scheduled stay, and wait until 4 to check back in to my new room, which...
