The standard was amazing however they have spoilt us for our trip as now they have set the standard so high, no other hotel can match it and we keep getting disappointed. I wish they had a hotel like this in every city we are staying in Thailand, nothing was too much trouble for them and the staff make the hotel atmosphere

Great hotel

The overall experience was amazing, very friendly staff

Really pleased with all aspects of our stay the only problem really was that from 5 pm to midnight on every evening of our stay in mid January the adjacent temple spoilt our peace with outrageous over amplified chanting that the hotel could not control. We were told that this is only a problem at this time of the year.

Fantastic resort. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and could not fault the accommodation. The breakfast and location was outstanding. Overall extremely impressive.

First class, staff amazing.

An amazing beautiful 5 star hotel, caters for everyone with 2 adult only pools, amazing childrens pool too. Breakfast is brilliant Rooms stunning Welcome lovely with a flower bracelet a juice and a token to receive a complimentary drink of your choice. The brunch on Sunday is a must! It’s amazing with a huge selection for you to indulge

Great modern hotel. A bit of an oasis of calm in busy Phuket. Excellent sports facilities, great Muay Thai trainers in particular. Spacious rooms. Great breakfast.

We booked this hotel to spend time relaxing after a hectic 2 weeks travelling in Vietnam and Cambodia. The hotel did not fail to impress us and ensured we had an amazing 5 days here. The staff throughout the hotel were welcoming, friendly and always keen to help. We chose a swim-up room which allowed us to swim from our room straight to the pool bar! Our room had everything we needed including complimentary bottled water every day. The breakfast was excellent each day, loads of variety and...

Good location, free shuttle to Patong twice a day, reasonable price.

Wonderful stay! The spa and staff are just incredible. I highly recommend getting a room by the garden pool. It is so private and beautiful - you can walk out of your room and jump right in!

This has been a lovely week. The hotel is just lovely and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Breakfast is lovely and there are many choices. The hotel has free shuttle buses to the Phuket market and the main shopping centre. The beds are very comfy and the air con is effective, rooms are cleaned every day. The beach bar is great, just a word of warning - at low tide coral cannot be seen but is very sharp. It cuts skin easily and...

We stayed at the Nai Yang Marriott for 9 nights from the 15th to 24th November and enjoyed our stay from the moment we arrived. Check in was very busy with other guests but managed quickly. Our room was lovely and perfect for the two of us. We had breakfast included during our stay and there are is an good selection of food. The beach on the hotel isn’t great as the tide comes in and goes out considerably. You have to walk quite a bit to get to the sea. However you can walk to the Nai...
