We were blown away by the hotel right when we stepped foot onto the lobby by the panaromic view of the Andaman Sea, flanked cliffs in the distance. Throughout our stay, we experienced impeccable service, including a free upgrade to a family room for our family of 3. Our 18-month old enjoyed himself in the pools and kids club, which made his holiday magical. Breakfast was a sumptuous spread across a diversity of choices, from donuts to soup noodles.

The views and vistas were great. No drinks service at the top pool was very poor and surprsing.Not even water available at times there. Service in the breakfast room was erratic. Further training required on handling guests is required.

Wonderful stay and service
The best and most friendly service ive had, at any hotel. Lovely hotel, very clean, amazing staff and great views. Nothing to fault at all. Ocean view rooms are amazing too, if get the ones right in front of the ocean. Breakfast buffet was great, even though quite expensive, by thailand standatds. Would highly recommend a stay here. It is a very quiet town and resort though
