"We stayed for 2 nights and overall it was a good stay. I noticed some stairs have tiles coming off when walking to breakfast, needs some fixing. Also, we had booked 'Lavender Deluxe' room but we upgraded our room to Maple wing because our room was dull and not the same as it looked in the pictures. "Excellent hotel, first class experience. I availed their butler service to pack my suitcase and they were highly efficient and it was packed beautifully. The breakfast was hugely enjoyable, partly buffet with fruit yogurts, pastries etc. They then offer an a la carte menu where you can order anything you like. It’s all fresh and cooked to order. Pool and spa facilities are available between the Oberoi and the Trident- the neighbouring hotel. Overall a fabulous experience and an oasis of calm from the chaos of Mumbai. I would definitely recommend it as a top hotel choice."
