"Room is clean and smells fresh Staff were all nice and can best communicate in english specially the reception desk staff from checking in up to the check out appreciated so much to get our breakfast box to go for an early flight very nice gesture..thank you Reception Booked also a van to airport from picked up from our suite room Location is perfect to see Santa and have crossed the Artic circle "

"Cabins had a nice layout with good features. We were able to see Northern lights from our bed. Two nights they were a bit to our side, so 180 view limited our view a bit. Walked to lakeside and sat around the covered fire. Dinner was excellent as was breakfast buffet. Shuttle was relatively convenient except for late afternoon and early morning to train station which required 50 euro taxi. Also, pathways to room would have been safer with path lighting (fell one night)."

"Amazing property and experience- and would highly recommend! We came during the off season but the staff were so energetic and accommodating! The reindeer weren’t out yet so they had the hearder put them in the penned section so we could take pictures. Dinner at the resort was fantastic each night! We didn’t get to see the northern lights but the overall experience was 11/10! "
