"The check in was a bit not too smooth. After pressing the pass code, the front still not open (after 5 pm). Lucky a European man (guest) open the door for us and even show us how to get to our room. The room was big and cozy, the kitchen was well equip. Overall, I love this apartment as it is so near to Lordi Square and Santa Village. We took Uber (€19) for 3 person and it only 15 min ride. "

I loved the design of the rooms I stayed in and thought it was visually soothing. "The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly from when we first dropped our bags off to when we left. our flight got cancelled out of rovaniemi and the staff were accommodating and let us store our luggage in the room and stay on the lobby whilst we waited.
