"Huoneessa oli kylmä, koska lämmitys oli kytketty pois päältä ja ulkona oli yöllä alle +10°C. Luvattiin toimittaa lisälämmitin, mutta unohtivat sen sitten toimittaa. Hotelli on jo parhaat päivänsä nähnyt, joten hintatasoon nähden hotelli ei vastannut odotuksia."

"Absolutely loved everything about this place. We stayed in the igloos which were very clean and a bit like upscale glamping. So cozy and fun. It had limited eating options, but it didn't matter at all. There were so many fun activities (both free and with charge) that we were busy all day the days ..."
