The hospitality was very good in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with any enquiries we had. The Hotel arranged my transport from the airport to the Hotel and then from the Hotel to the airport. The room were very clean and the whole property area was very nice location and I would recommend it to everybody to visit. The breakfast was very limited. I was expecting a bit more variety.

Very clean and polite staff and good zie room, made me and my family feel very welcomed. We (myself, my husband and our 9yo son) stayed for one night there, we got the room with the pyramid view. And what a treat was to wake up to that view! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast is really nice. The coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice were perfect! The bed was very comfortable and big enough for the 3 of us. They also sent a driver to pick us up at the airport. Note that the hotel is across from the Night light show and not the main entrance. You would still need a ride...

I stayed for 7 days here at the start of March. The room was lovely and clean, with an awe-inspiring view of the pyramids. The brothers who run the place were always helpful and I had some conversations which I will cherish. I’d never been to Egypt before and they did their upmost to ensure my stay was memorable and that I was made feel safe and welcome. They organised tours for me and I was both humbled and honoured to be invited into their home for dinner.

Lovely hotel. All appears to be very new and still parts being finished. Food is good. Lots of pools to choose from. Most of the life at night appears to be at the top part of the hotel. It was easy to get a sunbed on the beach even in the afternoons. There is nothing outside of the hotel but everything is available in the resort. Having stayed in Heliopolis, Cairo before I found this hotel to be very quite and peaceful. It's away from the main road so traffic can't be heard. Up to the usual high Marriot standards and staff polite and helpful. Will be using again.

This is a small hotel of the beaten track but on the hot air balloon route. The food choice is limited but tasty. The host was very accommodating and organised a trip after we left the hotel.

Fabulous hotel in new Cairo! The grounds of the hotel are very secure with security staff onsite doing regular checks so we felt very safe. I would definetly come to this Hotel again, and definitely would reccommend this hotel. Im quite shocked how clean their towels and the rooms actually were.. most 5* hotels have marked towels. The staff were great the best thing about the hotel was everything. What i really found intriging was one call wverything on the doorstep in a matter if few mins.. everything was 5* the swimming area inside pool outdoor the roof top excellent service.. i amazed this isnt a 5*!!!! TL;DR - One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had as a family. Pros: Great service, staff are polite, nice, smile and make you feel like a VIP as soon as you get in (heads up for blue bar guys Medhat and Beshoy!) Food is fresh and excellelnt, a lot of variety and restaurants to choose from. Always a lot of place inside. Hotel is huge, but yet extremely clean and organized, with a great shuttle from the Sentido entrance to the beach all day long. The beach is one of the best snorkeling spots...

We stayed just one night in between flights and was super convenient. They picked us up with a shuttle and dropped us back. The restaurant was opened until late and the staff were really kind. The room was comfortable and good conditions.

Our stay was super! 1. Check-in was super easy and quick. The lady at the reception was excellent; she took us to our room, explained the terrace pyramid view, rooftop, and breakfast, and helped us with taxi bookings, etc. 10/10 2. The cleaning lady did an exceptional job; the room was super clean, cool AC, with no dust or hair. Bed linen was changed every day, and new towels were provided. 10/10 3. Restaurant staff, Fuad and Soudia, really took care of us, serving us the best breakfast we had....
