From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and at ease. Ahmed and Raouf stood out for their warmth and attentiveness, always ready to assist with a smile. We were also fortunate to have an excellent tour guide, Hussein, who brought Egypt’s rich history to life with enthusiasm and clarity. His knowledge and energy made our excursions both educational and enjoyable. The service throughout our stay was impeccable. Every request was handled promptly and with genuine care. The team consistently went above and beyond to ensure our experience was smooth and memorable. One particularly thoughtful gesture was their help in organising a surprise birthday celebration for my friend’s daughter. They assisted in arranging beautiful flowers ,decoration and made the occasion truly special . While the breakfast was adequate, it offered limited variety. A broader selection would enhance the overall experience, especially for guests with diverse tastes. However, this minor detail did not overshadow the warmth and professionalism that defined our stay.
